There was a miscommunication when I paused my subscription. Along with another subscription being added on somehow, both of which went active at the same time. Resulting in a double charge on my account. Their response was quick and solved the double charging issue. We were also able to update my sizes and the double shipment i recieved was now in a medium as my changing body needed. Refund was quick and full. Service rep elle didnt argue with what happened but made sure i was refunded.

My order hadn't come after about a month, Jeneva gave me some great information about what to do if my order didn't arrive in the coming 30 days, and when this proved to be the case, she helped me through each step to renewing my order. I am an Australian customer, so I knew there would be a time difference, yet she always replied promptly and with all the information I could have possibly asked for on certain questions, making everything very clear. I greatly appreciate all her efforts which lead to my package arriving at last!
