I had some questions about particular styles and whether certain items would come back in stock or not. Not only did Mia answer my questions, but she gave me answers to questions I didn't even know I had! Great experience overall :)

Mia was super helpful with a glitch in an order. Thanks, Mia!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size but the support team was super helpful with organising an exchange. The quality and detail of the garments are wonderful and I'm definitely going to order again.

I don't think it is easy to order lingerie online and get the sizing correct, however the team at Empress try really hard to facilitate a good experience. I have to say that the lingerie I have from them is my favourite ever.

My original order was lost in shipping (not their fault) and Jezza from customer service was incredibly helpful in getting my order reprocessed and sent out again with tracking! I'm so grateful for all her help. Absolutely in love with the pieces when the arrived too 😍

I was in contact with Jezza at Empress Mimi over email to inquire about an exchange that was taking a while to be processed and then also when one of my exchange returned items went missing. Jezza got my returns processed and the replacements mailed out and regarding the missing item, she checked into the warehouse files and found there had been an error in checking my missing item in so she was able to follow up with the appropriate action and have my newly recognised "missing" return item shipped out immediately in the right size. She transformed an experience of delay and confusion into a demonstration of exceptional guess service, and renewed my confidence to continue shopping at Empress Mimi. I am now excited to order and wear more of the pretty Empress Mimi sets! Thankyou Jezza!
