It's the second time I've purchased form Empress Mimi. The first set I've bought a while ago was absolutely beautiful so I'm looking forward to get the next one! After my order I realized that I had accidently switched the sizes from the panty and the bra, so I askes them to correct this for me. I got a response very fast and my request was fulfilled. Can recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!! I’m in love with this subscription. The underwear sets are gorgeous and they come in beautiful boxes with a little card with the inspiration for it. They fit so comfortably and are adjustable. Also great customer service! I had an issue with a size and it was promptly resolved by a caring person who helped me understand what size I needed. Ordering was simple. Communication was great. Tracking stopped once the order arrived in Canada, so I had reached out as it had not arrived within the two days of its estimated delivery date (as per the notification I received). Customer service was wonderful. They provided me with new tracking details (it did not appear to be updated with the shipping company, but that’s not an Empress Mimi issue) and asked that I stay in contact to close the communication loop. Very prompt, kind and considerate. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be a return customer in the future.
