I had paused my subscription for 6 months and was determined to cancel it, and then I received the yellow tassel set in the mail yesterday. I totally forgot how amazing it is to open that package and see the little bit of magic inside! I put on the set and I look amazing and feel AMAZING. Thanks for making amazing lingerie that is unique and comfortable! I tell all my friends whenever I get the chance.

Jezza was absolutely brilliant and got everything done quickly and easily. She's always a pleasure to deal with ♥️

My package got lost, and the customer service (I’ve spoken to Jurie) was super helpful and kind, such a great company, I’m sure I’ll also write an amazing review when my new package will arrive.

During COVID an order was delayed and then misplaced. This set was finally discovered in a warehouse in the US (I live in UK) after failing to be delivered. Jezza contacted me to help sort the issue and followed up when my sleep deprived brain forgot! She was keen to make amends and send me a replacement set for the one that never arrived. Her attentiveness and personable attitude made me feel valued. Thank you Jezza!

Very responsive and helpful :)

Just had a question a out an outfit I received. Quick and friendly response.

I made a mistake when placing my order and reached out through email to see if the size could be changed before being shipped. Jezza replied quickly and settled my issue before it was packaged, saving me from having to return the product. I greatly appreciate the effort she put into solving my mistake and the timely manner in which she replied. Thank you!

Jezza was so helpful in processing my return. Fast, generous and super kind. Such a pleasure to buy from such a wonderful company xx
