I love this brand so much and I'm so glad I took a chance on it. The customer service is incredible, Christina and Jezza are both so sweet, helpful and so quick to reply. I absolutely love the fit of every set I've purchased so far. Everything is adjustable, so you can have the perfect fit for your body. Don't let the bad reviews scare you. I legitimately believe a lot of that came from shipping delays at the beginning of covid, which appears to be completely solved now. I get my orders in about a week and a half.

I hope you express to your team what Empress Mimi means to me. In a world where I feel like lingerie takes itself to seriously I love the playful styles and colors Empress Mimi offers. I am a single mother who works in healthcare and your lingerie simply makes me smile even when I am down. The madame Butterfly in pink with its fun robe is my go to "bad day" outfit. Due to your lingerie being so fun I am able to style it into my regular daily wardrobe and it's dual function is so cost effective for me. I use the lingerie in my burlesque and aerial performances as well which speak to the quality and durability. Thank you EM!
