I ordered a couple very fairly priced sale items for my wife and she likes them. I wrote customer service about a billing issue and they were quick to reply and very helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the website mentions a shipping hub in the US but our order came from the UK, meaning a longer wait time for arrival.

I decided to try one of the subscription boxes, as it seemed like such a great deal and I also like the flexibility of being able to stop/start when you like. I like that there was an online form to fill in to give an idea of what styles in general you prefer, and an opportunity to select which of their current designs you definitely were interested in and which you had no interest in trying. I hope this means I will not be sent ones in the future I selected that I didn't like but of course I will have to wait and see. The first box arrived and the quality is fantastic I was pleased to see. A design I had selected that I wished to try. Lovely material and it feels expensive, with decent amount of stretch (which to me is an important factor in how comfortable it will be) however the size I had selected (based on their sizing charts) was too large. Not just, oh its a little big but it'll work, but full on it's so big for me the pants are hardly staying up. I have had a back and forth email exchange with a member of customer services (Jezza) who has been responsive and given helpful replies and I cannot fault her at all. It does amuse me that by my measurements I am indeed put as the size I ordered but it was so off. I have sent the items back to exchange for a different size and am yet to get new ones so I cannot say much more than that. I will note that given that the sizes they do are in s/m/l etc and not in measured standard sizes, and it is an online store, I think that it feels a little unfair that returns are not free. But I also can see that is more likely an expectation from experience with larger companies and understandable from the view point of it being a smaller business. I think the designs are interesting and different to the standard, these are definitely, to me, for fun for I cannot see the designs offering proper support to larger cup sizes. But of course I am open to the possibility I could be proved wrong with whatever they send me in the subscription boxes. I would also like to see more diversity in models in terms of body types and sizes on the website as I do feel that for one offering to larger body sizes and cup sizes that it could do with more images that weren't of smaller cup sized and slim women. It can be difficult to picture how something will look on you when the image given is the complete opposite of what you look like!

I love their style. The piece fit. Their shipping is timely even during Christmas time. And their customer service is expedient and helpful. (A rarity now-a-days). They are my go to. They are now how I will judge all customer service.

I love the items I received, very nice and true to photos. I unfortunately didn’t receive one of the items but the customer service team was very quick to solve the issue and get it shipped out and was amazing to deal with.

I have been a bit unlucky getting wrong Bra size on my original subscription and due to delays and I ended up with more than one wrong Bra. When I reached out I was promised the replacement however three months later I still have not received one. So I contacted support again and this time the resolution was much quicker and approach is different. Instead for me waiting for out of stoke product for ages I got a discount to use. I think it is a good compromise and I did order the same bra. I hope to get it soon without any new issues.

The size guarantee return process is a bit confusing with all the different wizards to fill out, but the agent got it figured out in the end. I think what happened was the second set was shipped before the other arrived so I ended up with 2 in the wrong size. It does take a bit to figure out the right size because the different styles are sized very different as well. Now just to wait for the website restock to use the exchange credit and get a replacement set.

I received a package but was missing a set from it. After contacting customer service, Jezza was quick to assist and help me figure out what had happened. Pending receipt of the missing set, I am a happy customer. Thank you Jezza!
