Underwear is nice, but the customer service is awful. My first box arrived and the sizing was all off - bra was way too big, briefs way too small. I sent them off to be replaced with a better size and after 2 weeks had heard nothing. Contacted them and they informed me the requested size was out of stock, so they offered me a different set. We agreed one and I waited. And waited. Another 3 weeks past and I contacted them again and they said they would put a note to ensure it would be sent out ASAP. 4 days later, Still nothing. Honestly, save your money and go to John Lewis or another high Street store. They do free bra fitting and have a huge range of styles.

First set was perfect, second was a completely different fit and completely ignored when trying to create a return. Total waste of money

While the items I did receive where lovely, I was sent the wrong box (queen instead of empress). I was told the missing items would ship in this month's box (Feb). I was told my box would ship before Valentines day. I had also selected FedEx shipping so that items can be tracked when I subscribed. My first box was sent via Fedex. After many back and forth emails I was told my box was sent today via normal mail. With the pandemic, mail is very backed up in Canada, who knows when or if my items will arrive. It is a real shame as I was so excited to support a female owned business with lovely products.
