I had two separate orders I needed assistance with and Jezza was very quickly able to get me answers on all the questions I had raised, including advice on sizing for an exchange. Both of my exchanges are now in the mail thanks to their help and I was saved the trouble of sending multiple packages off to separate locations with one simple clarification.

Jezza, who handled my request to correct the shipping address, responded within 24 hours and assured me that she would do her very best to help. And she did! In only one business day, my address was corrected, and now I am absolutely thrilled to know that I will receive my package knowing that it’s going to the correct address. Jezza was also super friendly and accommodating. This was my first time ordering from Empress Mimi, and I am really impressed so far with customer service.
