I have some really mixed feelings regarding Empress Mimi this last ten months or so with a few being not good at all. Considering the first year or so of my experience with you guys was nothing but positive it’s pretty disappointing the decline in service. That being said I’ve had to deal with your customer service people a few times and Jezza has been very helpful and has done what she can to help me. She may not be able to fix certain things, but having friendly people helping makes one less issue to deal with. So thank you Jezza, I appreciate you. Jezza was straight forward, offered multiple options, and happily extended a refund of my order (out of stock issue). I'm super pleased with her service, and as a result I will try shopping your wares again.

At first I was skeptical and was convinced I was being scammed lol. The customer support team was very kind nonetheless. I will say it did take a little longer than I expected to receive my package. I still love everything though! It’s very beautiful and the fabric is very soft. I did goof and order sizes too big for the bras so I’ll have to exchange them. They were very fast in responding to my return request!

Had some issues with a couple of items which we received fantastic support for. Can’t thank them enough.
