Real Surveys and Real Money
Real Surveys and Real Money! Emporia tries to pair me with surveys that I qualify based off my job description. Although you will get rejected from some depending on specific preferences for market research, the majority of the surveys I have done only take between 15-30 minutes and usually pay $20-$45 per survey! Payment is made via a large selectin of gift card options. Visa, Amazon, Target, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Home Depot and lots of other major retailers

Where is my payment? Why waste my time with your surveys?
I made a review about my experience here and it seems to be missing. I did a survey and was later given the link to access my payment. I set it up and there was no link to the funds. I made multiple requests for help but was told they were not able to do anything unless I contacted the original contact. I did contact her and heard nothing. This organization continues to spam my email. I did not opt in to these emails which is a red flag in itself. Do not waste your time with the surveys. You will be disappointed and only waste your time.

Hi Suzanne, we reviewed our records and can confirm that your incentive was issued at the time via your email "Mimi a la Mode". We also confirmed with our rewards partner that the reward was successfully redeemed. You later contacted us asking to have the incentive reissued through PayPal. Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the payment method or issue a replacement once a reward has already been redeemed. This is an important safeguard that prevents the same incentive from being claimed more than once. Regarding the emails, if you no longer wish to receive study invitations from Emporia, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll make sure your preferences are updated. We understand this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, but we do want to clarify that the incentive for your participation was issued and redeemed successfully.

This survey company is not what it seems...
I did a survey that said it would pay a 25 dollar card of some kind. I followed the instructions and set up an account, I validated it, and it took me to a page that says click for your card information. There is nothing there. I asked multiple times for help with the customer service and the woman who sent me the survey. How she got my email in the first place is another red flag to the story, I did not opt in in my memory to this company. So at the very least it is spam. I have not heard back from anyone after several weeks. I would have to say this is not legitimate and a big waste of time.

We’re responding here as well to make sure the same factual information is available on both reviews. After the original reward was redeemed, you asked us to reissue the payment through PayPal. Unfortunately, we’re unable to reissue an incentive through a different payment method once the original reward has already been redeemed, as this would result in the same participation being paid twice. We understand that you may have preferred a different payment method, but the promised $25 incentive was issued and successfully redeemed. I highly recommend this research…
I highly recommend this research company. Emma is amazing. I receive a lot of studies from her with really high payouts. Plus, the best part is payment is made really quick within 24 hours. Very convenient and I have never had an issue with them!
