Hi there, Martin – I'm sorry to hear your experience was negative. We send a maximum of 2 study invitations to qualified candidates to their work email to ensure they are who we think they are. Fraudulent survey-taking is a big problem in the industry, and by inviting candidates via their corporate email ensures the integrity of our clients' research.

The initial email from Emporia Research was classified as spam. I was sceptical about it at first. However I decided to give it a chance as the interview is about AI which is my domain knowledge. It turned out it was Google / Deep Mind conducting the interview! I had a great time chatting to the researcher and the payout was promptly.

I have done a few surveys with Emporia Research. The part that makes them stand out - The reviews are not too long, what they say and what you do - Match, and the surveys are generally not boring as well, but mostly somewhat intuitive and intelligent. Not only did it help me to share my expertise, but some of the questions have made me think of an accurate answer. It is just not filling in the blanks or clicking a bunch of checkboxes. The reward process is seamless. No issues whatsoever, and even if you do..they are a prompt group of folks, that will reach out to you and help you fix the issue. I am not a professional surveyor, but would look for another one coming my way from Emporia, for sure!
