The knowledge level I had grown accustomed to on the deal making side of things basically seems to have evaporated. It's like I'm dealing with amateurs who have no business brokering deals. I find that very disappointing, especially since they're on the premium end of fees. Whatever decisions their leadership is making as of late are clearly misplaced. Throughout the months that followed, communication with Empire Flippers was primarily through chat, with no phone calls or scheduled Zoom meetings to discuss my specific requirements and business details. This lack of personal interaction made it difficult to convey the intricacies and value of my business effectively. It seemed as though they were not willing to invest the necessary time and effort to understand my unique offering. Ultimately, after months of waiting, I received the disappointing news that Empire Flippers could not sell my business due to its specific niche. This revelation was frustrating, as I had hoped that their expertise and market reach would enable them to find a suitable buyer. It was disheartening to realize that they had provided incorrect information and had not thoroughly understood my business before embarking on the sales process. Furthermore, the customer service I received throughout the entire experience was subpar.
