Overall helpful with some areas for improvement
Overall they were helpful and did a good job helping newbies like us and the seller through the process. There are a few areas that could be improved: 1. We were guided by the sales agent to do a Best and Final Offer and then a counter was given to us after best and final. 2. No additional inventory costs were disclosed upfront but then the seller asked for those additional costs (5% more) to be reimbursed after we had sent the negotiated amount and the transfer process had begun. 3. We immediately deviated from the transfer process communicated upfront to accommodate the seller - this made it feel like we continually had to negotiate to maintain the original transfer commitments (access and timeline) by EmpireFlippers.
