I took action - I gambled, big time. Put my $$s on the line. Decided to buy an online business via EF, and their support was terrific. I would not have taken the plunge without them. Fair, thorough, reassuring, informative, supportive, knowledgeable and experienced. All these traits emerged at some point during the process. 4 stars for me. Maybe not for everyone, but it worked for me. Thanks, guys!

The overall process was great. The only part which needs improvement is the account transition meeting which is technically not efficient and too long (having the buyer enter their details to the different accounts through the zoom owner sharing which was slow and problematic
