Laxk of communication.
I dislike how little communication there was between my team -beyond the team lead- and myself. To that extent as well I dislike how frequently my notes were ignored or neglected and needed to be repeated. I additionally dislike how my work has yet to be published and I'm being asked to give a review on the services or how I was further asked to pay for additional marketing -which, again, has yet to happen.
