Beautiful Tub. Excellent Experience.
Tub shipped and arrived very quickly. Delivery was an easy experience. This tub is for a new build, and while we have installed the tub, we don't have it operational quite yet. Tub is beautiful!

Worst customer service no one answers…
Worst customer service no one answers the phone and when they get back to you and semi answer questions and say they will get back they never do. Email replies are horrible as well

I didn’t really get a clear answer on…
I didn’t really get a clear answer on why the over didn’t hold the temperature it was set at. Other than to take it out of the wall and try to reset it. I paid to have it installed. I just got it. I shouldn’t have to reset it.
