The packer itself. By golly, I was excited to open this bad boy! It's got a nice weight to it, so you know it's made of very high quality materials. And it's VERY detailed - and I mean veins, wrinkles, the colour of the penis, the testicles and the head, and the squishy balls inside the testes. I had a little trouble with peeing, as it's an STP, but I think that's because I was scared to spill, as it's my first STP - I needed to relax, but I did manage to get a "scared dribble" out 🤣 It comes with an erection rod too, because it's pack, STP and play, so I inserted it (it needs some lube to get all the way into the penis) and... well, I gave it for a spin. That might not sound very gender affirming, but I have an AFAB body, and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. 🙈 And, ooh lordy, it is HARD! WOW!! To me, it doesn't feel 100% like skin, but it's MUCH better and softer than my dildos, sooo that's a plus. (And I've not been near a real penis in a decade, so it probably does feel like penis skin, but I don't remember what it feels like.) 5.5 inches is perfect for me, and whilst I've yet to pack properly (other than putting it down my Paxsies packing boxers, which are tight enough to keep it in place) or even pee properly, I'm very, VERY happy with my penis. This is fantastic! It looks so realistic, is fun to play with and I think this is going to be the gender affirmation I need. (A small downside is when you don't have the erection rod in, you can hear how hollow it is when you're masturbating with it--which is a *little* difficult to do without lube-- but that, obviously, goes away, when the rod is inserted.) Apart from the minor niggles - full product name on the outside of the box, and the hollow sound it makes, I give my first non-foam packer 5*.
