Regarding the silicone rod: please rest assured that your model does include it. The rod is permanently integrated and cast directly inside the prosthetic during manufacturing for a realistic feel—it is not shipped as a separate, removable piece. We also apologize for the delivery changes. We use UPS because they are typically very reliable, but once a package is in transit, unexpected carrier delays can occasionally happen. We will be looking into what caused this specific delay with UPS. Most importantly, we want to address the wrong color. This is our top priority.
