Great customer service, very kind and friendly people. Emaieled over and back because I had a lot of questions, but again and again great contact. Products are high end quality. You need to handle them correctly because they will be breakable, but overall they are definitly worth it for me.

poor company performance regarding shipping policy and customer service. it is stated on the company website orders will be completed after up to five business days, and delivered after one to two business days. seventeen days have elapsed, with consideration of public holidays, and the order has not been completed or delivered.

Dear E, Thank you for reaching out to us and for bringing your concern to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay and the miscommunication regarding your order. Please allow us to clarify: Your order (#SIL10809) was placed on December 26, 2024, during the holiday season. As this period includes public holidays such as Christmas and New Year’s, both our team and our logistics partners, including UPS, had non-working days. Currently, your order is in the production process or has already been completed. The next step involves the UPS driver picking it up for delivery. Based on the current timeline, we anticipate that your package will be shipped shortly, and you should receive it this week. We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly, and we assure you that everything is progressing within the expected timeframe. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated. Once your order is handed over to UPS, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. If there’s anything more we can assist you with or if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your support and for choosing Emisil. Best regards, Grethe

I ordered a product from you on Black Friday. I’m not happy with this product. I wanted you to make it into a packer. It clearly looks like it’s erect. 2 I see glue on the side of it. I can tell that someone opened it. This is an unacceptable product. There is also a bad paint job on the back. There was no way I could see the issues this product had until I opened it and I’m sure that what u had expected to occur. I got this to alleviate my gender dysphoria and it is unusable because it looks erect. Mach0 man’s review of this product doesn’t have these issues so I’m not understanding why you would sell this to me. I would like a replacement

Zeus is terrific. Perfect girth and length - skin texture is great -nice mushroom tip - however shaft is quite soft and bendable with the silicone rod. Recommend the plastic rod for firmer penetration.

Ich habe schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt und die Lieferung war sehr schnell da. Die Qualität und Funktionalität sind hervorragend. Die Produkte von emisil passen halt perfekt zu meinem Hautton - und ich bin da echt pingelig.

You're asking me to review when I haven't received the product yet. Perhaps your bots should wait until a week after I get a shipment email or something.
