Very unreliable
Very unreliable. Booked a few months in advance for two early morning pick-ups to Heathrow. I then phoned 3 days before to confirm. I should have been worried then because the person I spoke to on the phone didn’t have details for the first pick-up. On the morning of the pick-up (which was at my daughter’s) when he didn’t show after 15 minutes, she called the main number but no one picked up. She then called two more times & eventually someone picked up who said he hadn’t been given the job but he was dropping someone off and he would be with her within half an hour. This wasn’t the driver’s fault but when you have a flight to catch timing is important taking into account the London traffic. I won’t be using this company ever again.
