Great response time and assistance. Emersoft is great at customer service…
Emersoft is great at customer service and helping small stores solve problems with data. As an Independent Bookstore owner I really appreciate their willingness to learn about the business and make the data work for our Shopify store.

Emersoft have been great collaborators
Emersoft have been great collaborators! I am in the process of setting up a Shopify book store using Emersoft's Ingram app. The app has worked well and been instrumental in getting my bookstore up and running. On top of that, my store has some nuances that call for some adjustments and the Emersoft team has been a great help. As a first-time Shopify store owner, it has been huge. It was a great decision to go with them as a Shopify partner!
