Thank you for the great feedback, Sebastian! We truly appreciate it. At Emersoft, we’re building tools not just for bookstores, but also for publishers who want a simpler way to sell and manage books online. With the Emersoft Shopify Books App, publishers can easily connect their catalog to Shopify, keep inventory synchronized, manage orders efficiently, and sell directly to readers or retail partners from one place. Our goal is to remove the technical complexity so publishers can focus on what matters most - publishing and selling great books while the system handles the operational side. We’re grateful to have you using the app, and we’re always here if you need support, have feature ideas, or want help getting even more out of the app. Looking forward to continuing to support your growth!

Thank you so much for this thoughtful and generous feedback, it truly means a lot to us. We’re especially glad Emersoft came into your bookstore journey at just the right moment. Independent bookstores face so many moving parts, and our goal in building the Emersoft Shopify App for Ingram Retailers was exactly this: to remove the guesswork, automate fulfillment, and make accessing Ingram’s inventory simple and reliable so you can focus on growing your store. Hearing that the webinar and follow-up Zoom helped build trust, and that the integration is already benefiting your shop, tells us we’re on the right path. After years of running a bookstore on Shopify, choosing the right third-party app is a big decision, and we don’t take that trust lightly. We’re excited to continue supporting you as your business grows. Our roadmap includes expanded integrations, including Pubnet, to further streamline operations for bookstores like yours. And if you’re attending Winter Institute 2026, we’d love to connect in person, Emersoft will be there. Thank you again for recommending us and for being part of the Emersoft community. We’re here for you every step of the way as we keep building tools to help independent bookstores thrive.
