Emersoft is great at customer service…
Emersoft is great at customer service and helping small stores solve problems with data. As an Independent Bookstore owner I really appreciate their willingness to learn about the business and make the data work for our Shopify store.

Helpful Team and Seamless Bookstore Integration
Working with Emersoft was a positive experience overall. Their team was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and they wisely recommended bringing in a Shopify expert with bookstore experience. Documentation was limited, which is understandable given that the product was relatively new, but their response time was generally good. The final product functions as intended, though the process required more oversight and clarification than expected. Once all the pieces came together, the Emersoft app worked seamlessly with both Shopify and Ingram.

Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive
I had an excellent experience working with Emersoft. Their support team, especially Pawel and Greg, went above and beyond in helping me with the Ingram Shopify App and with setting up my Shopify store. They were knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to every question I had. Thanks to their guidance, the process was much quicker than I expected. I highly recommend Emersoft if you’re looking for reliable support and great customer service!
