James, We completely agree - we dropped the ball big time here, no excuses. We had a rough year with supply chain delays, etc but regardless, we agree. We are still working through the backlog and will continue to get every last item shipped out here! It's been a long wait but rest assured that we will not leave you empty handed.

Tony, Completely agree - our ratings (both here and BBB) have seen much better days.. 🥵 We had some really unfortunate delays this past year with our supply chain and have not done the best at communicating that properly to our customers. We dropped the ball there and hope that we will have the chance to make things right in the future. We are still working away out our backlog of orders and will ship your gear as soon as we possibly can. && as for the fake reviews - honestly, they aren't! We realize that most of our customers are not super happy with us right now (we aren't happy with the delays either!!) but we do really stand by the quality of the gear we ship and are pumped to see that there are a few people out there who seem to appreciate that as well!
