Hey Mike - that may have been the case previously, but our US factory took over the brand 3 weeks ago (1/27/23). It's been so disappointing to read about the previous ownership's service, fulfillment, and quality issues, but it's clear that we'll be able to improve on all these issues immediately. All items sold by us (Merchadise, Inc., now operating as Emblem Athletic) will be manufactured and decorated in our Irvine, CA facility. I hope we'll have the chance to work with you in the future.
