While the former owners did not fulfill their order, the new owners made it right. It had been over 2 years since I had placed my order when the new owners bought the company and realized what a train wreck they had inherited. They could have easily said “not our problem” and moved on, but they didn’t. They fulfilled my order and shipped in a timely manner. The shirts themselves are great! High quality! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to commemorate a deployment or bring a unit together through swag.

After the ownership change, the emails and phone calls I received promising to make past transgressions right, i gave Emblem a chance and couldnt be happier that i did. I want to thank the new team for following through with those promises in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to support the company moving forward.

Company reached out about my order and was amazingly helpful and just wonderful to work with. Once order was complete, shipping was fast and easy to track. Received my order and the quality of the product is awesome! The images they created and used for my products were great detail and with the way they are done on the clothing, should last a long time. The fit of the shirts worked perfectly and true to size, I would say. This company is great to work with and having your own store on the website makes it so easy for others in my group to place order and get exactly what I have. I can't say enough how greatful to have found this group and got to work with them. Being Veteran owned just adds to the appreciation I have toward the company. They stand by their quality and service!

The shirt is terrific. It is very well made and feels super soft. Emblemathletic honored my two year old order, from the previous owners, and the new Veteran owner had no obligation to do so. Very pleased! Happy customer!

I had originally placed my order with the company about 2 years ago but the companies previous owners had dropped the ball so to speak. The new current owners owner reached out to me, asked if i still wanted my order and got it to me within a month. Very impressed!!

The new ownerhsip of Emblem Athletic recently shipped an order that I placed in September of 2021. Mike and the new team did not have to do this at all, but they did anyway, and I can't thank them enough. Initially when I received a call from Mike Gnoffo I though it would be the same song and dance I had been through for the last year and a half. It was not at all. The order was sent as discussed on the phone and even better, the items were of high quality! I definitely feel they deserve a second chance and have already discussed using them again with my coworkers.
