Hi Hilde - as you may have seen in other recent trustpilot reviews of our brand, we've been working hard to right the wrongs of previous ownership. Although we weren't the entity that took your order or money, we'd be happy to manufacture and fulfill your products at our expense. If you've sent us an email in the past business day or 2, we'll be getting back to you with the solutions we have at hand to support you, including fulfilling your order to your current address or providing a store credit. Hi Blair, we don't sell weed, so I'm not sure if this review is intended for our business. If it is a review about Emblem Athletic apparel, our handmade to order manufacturing process generally takes around 18 business days, though we're adding more US manufacturing capacity soon to decrease that lead time to 7-10 business days. We indicate this on product pages and in every order confirmation we send. We'll never be as fast as Amazon, but that's because we don't carry stock - it would be impossible to do so for 4,000 units with active stores, containing nearly 100,000 different custom unit apparel styles. We handmake every item to order here in United States and do so proudly. Orders are not batched, they are sent directly to production. Hi David, thanks for taking the time to share your experience, even though it was an awful one. I can understand the frustration you must have experienced trying to get a simple product delivered. For what it's worth, you've actually interacted with two separate companies - First with Emblem Athletic LLC, the company that previously owned the Emblem brand name and which took your original order (and money). Then with Merchadise Inc, which now owns the Emblem Athletic brand name, and which ultimately delivered the order. Trustpilot and over review platforms don't make it easy to differentiate the two and that's fair - the brand name is ours now, bumps and bruises (or open wounds) included. The reason we were able to fulfill the order comes down to production control and experience. The company now doing business as Emblem Athletic produces all items at our factory here in the United States and has more than a decade in consecutive production operations. I'm glad we were able to deliver your order, even if it doesn't result in a continuing relationship with you or your unit (as much as we'd love that). Hey Bryan - Emblem's new owner here - our factory took over the brand and website about 3 weeks ago, and we're cleaning up one hell of a mess. It looks like you did receive our message about this change, and were able to submit the information about your previous order to us using the form we created. You should have received a confirmation email letting you know our plans to fulfill your old order (and many others) at our expense, and we're confident our factory and service team can dramatically improve this brand in short order. Hey Ben - Emblem's new owner here - our US factory took over the brand and website about 3 weeks ago (end of January '23), and we're cleaning up one hell of a mess. We've been working through their massive backlog and fulfilling old orders as quickly as possible. It's terribly frustrating to read how their customers were treated previously. Moving forward, new orders will ship within 18 business days and our service will be dramatically more transparent and effective. We hope our new team here will have a chance to work with you in the future.
