Sabrina, We are so bummed to see this review as we know that the delays and wait time on your order have been much longer than expected and it's no fun to continue to receive messages about delays. We agree that is not fun and we are working hard to improve on our turnaround time as well as our communication with customers to ensure that frustrations like this don't continue to happen in the future. With that being said, we are indeed working hard on getting orders out the door constantly and your order indeed will be on its way to you soon. While it has taken what seems like a lifetime (we agree!!) we can indeed promise you that we are absolutely not a scam and very much will be shipping your items out to you soon.

Hey Jacob, Please know that we are equally bummed in the delays we have experienced with getting orders shipped out - we are a small company that has been quite slowed down in production with material and shipping delays globally. Regardless, we agree that the wait time on orders has been much too long. What is your order #? Hey Don, Please know that we are working hard on the gear and will absolutely deliver the items to you.. even if it did take much longer than you or I are happy about. We do not intend to blame covid entirely but that is the unfortunate truth of the situation at hand. :/ With our supply chain and fabric/material suppliers severely slowed down due to covid.. our production process inevitably is slowed down as well as we are unable to make things as quickly when we are awaiting materials to do so. We are equally disappoint in these delays we have experienced and agree that it is unacceptable, trust us! With that being said, we are working hard on your gear and should have it shipping out to you in the coming week or so here.

Hey Sebastian, Thank you and your unit for all of the patience and understanding on the delays - we are disappointed in the delivery times and are working hard to get back to our gold standard of 3-4 weeks turnaround. We know it has been disappointing to continue to receive delayed delivery messages, we are very sorry to do that to you guys. :/ With our supply chain and fabric/material suppliers severely slowed down due to covid.. our production process inevitably is slowed down as well as we are unable to make things as quickly when we are awaiting materials to physically do so. Regardless, we know you guys have been waiting a long while and while the wait time has been nuts, we do truly look forward to getting the gear shipped out to you guys soon!

Hey Ana, We are very sorry that the wait time on your apparel has been so long - we are disappointed in that as well and are working very hard to get that turnaround time back down to our gold standard. With that being said, we know that the delays on your order have been unacceptably long and were happy to offer you a refund on your items. So, while we know the wait time has been quite long .. a full refund and still. receiving your gear (essentially free gear at this point) doesn't seem like too bad of a deal! :) If you would like, please get back to us so that we can get your refund squared away. We look forward to making things right as well as getting you some awesome gear.

Hey Rachel, We completely agree with you - the delays have been unacceptable and we are as disappointed as you are in the fact that it has taken so long for us to get your gear shipped out. We are a small team of people here busting our butts to get gear made and out the door and are sorry if we have given you the impression that our emails are generated - our customer service team (of 1) is hard at work making sure that no customer is left unanswered! With that being said, we have offered a full refund once you receive the gear so essentially we are offering you the opportunity to receive free gear in exchange for a delayed wait time. Doesn't seem to be too bad of a deal when you break it down? :) Regardless, we know its been a frustrating long wait and we look forward to getting the gear shipped out to you soon!

Dustin, We are very disappointed in the delays and wait time on your order as well and want to express to you we know its been an insane wait time and we are not ok with that either - we are sorry to have disappointed you and your holiday gift plans as well. :/ With that being said, we do extend a massive thank you for continuing to stick in there with us while we finish up the order.
