Hey Zack, Hannah here - just wanted to reach out as I know we have been communicating back and forth this morning and so bummed to see this review come through. :/ Please know that we agree that the delays have been unacceptable - they are unacceptable by our standards in every way and we are working hard to make changes internally so that they do not happen again! Looking forward to hearing back from you regarding the refund and while the gear has taken a lifetime (or what feels like one!!) to receive.. we truly can't wait to finally get it in your hands!! PS - the items are very much not screen printed - the designs are quite literally dyed into the fabric itself as the gear is made from scratch just for you! :) Just wanted to note that as well!

Staci, We are so sorry for the delays on getting the items out but wanted to make sure that you know that we absolutely will be getting the item shipped out (it has just taken forever.. we agree...FOREVER!). Natalie, Thank you on behalf of our small team here - we know the wait has been insane (insane!!) and we are working hard to get caught up and get your gear out the door. The moving delays have been no fun for anyone involved and we are working hard behind the scenes on updating our manufacturing systems so that we do not get caught in delays like this ever again! Again, thanks for sticking with us through some pretty sh*%$y months - we promise that the long awaited gear will be well worth it! 💪🏼

Jason, We completely agree that the delays have been much too long (and are working hard to get caught up after a rough few months of slow downs). Aaron, We have no intention of stringing our customers along.. we (along with plenty of other companies both large and small) are experiencing some major delays on a global level with shipping and manufacturing slow downs.. which unfortunately and inevitably slows down our ability to turn items around as quickly as both you and I would like. We agree... it sucks! All around! There's no denying that. What we can say.. is that while the delays have been insanely long, we are not a scam , we have zero ill intentions.. we ARE working hard to get caught up on the delays and we WILL deliver all items to each and every customer - even if it takes us what feels like a lifetime to do so. 😅 I hope that you, and others leaving and reading these reviews can see that we are truly working hard to get caught up on some truly unacceptable delays and look forward to making things right by means of some long awaited kickass custom gear.
