Hi Michael :-) This is Mike - the owner. I’m pretty pissed off too that we’ve got customers waiting on gear. I get it - and I get all the email and see all the reviews. We’ve got our heads down trying to work through some pretty nasty supply chain delays and growth. Sometimes it’s a combination of the two and an order or two slip through our system as we’re growing and I’m not happy about it. But I’m not Amazon and we’re fixing it as best we can and as quickly as we can. Hannah is indeed a real person - my apologies if her responses seemed a bit canned on delays. Up until a few weeks ago, she was my “Army of One” customer service team and we finally found someone able to help out the volume of order update emails. Bottom line - we’ve made some big breakthroughs on fabric suppliers in the last few weeks and are busy catching up on orders that are late or were messed up. When you get your gear, I totally understand if you’d like to take your business elsewhere... but I hope that you’ll find our quality is unmatched and once we get supply chain on track that we’ll be worth giving another shot. Hi Jimmy! Good morning - this is Mike the owner - always frustrating and disappointing to see customers have such a poor experience. No doubt not our standard - not anyone’s reasonable standard. Our small team has done as best of job they can to provide as accurate updates to our customers as possible - I wish it were like the old days when I started this company out of my garage and I could see and track every item myself... but we’ve grown at a 1,440% growth rate and clearly more than a few orders have slipped through the cracks. I assure you that these supply chain delays are as unpleasant for us as they are for our customers but we’ve made great progress in catching up. I see that my team offered you a refund which is part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee - when multiple customers order from within a unit, it does take us a little bit of time to prepare the proper refund, so I’ll make sure they get that processed ASAP for you. After you receive your refund and free gear, we hope you’ll have a better lasting memory of us and this fun supply chain crunch that our industry is working through. Michael, Absolutely not a scam.. but I can understand why it feels that way currently. :/ We are just a small business working through some unfortunate shitty delays to be honest... A combination of covid19 slow downs, growing too quickly and on-boarding a new vendor all hit us at the same time which caused some major slow downs in our production line and we are now working on catching up. We are rolling and gear is shipping - it's just quite backed up as we work through the backlog on orders currently.

Elvis - I know you've heard it before but we are working hard to get caught up and get gear out the door as quickly as we can here after some incredibly frustrating delays. The gear WILL arrive .. and we promise it will be worth the wait. Even though we can assure you that we are working hard to make sure a wait time like this is something that never happens again here at Emblem as well!! 😎
