Very helpful!!

James was very informative and glad a purchased this amazing chair from him!! Cant wait to start to use this chair

Heather was the best! Clone her.

Received faster than expected. Would recommend that you use the white glove service to set up. Chair has helped me in the first work to relieve my back pain.

Ronda was outstandingly helpful. She said yesterday that she would check the warehouse regarding availability and get back to me today. She did exactly as she promised and then facilitated my purchase of two Newton recliners and since it will be a few days before availability and shipment, she offered to keep me posted as the transaction materializes. She has an outstanding customer focus and temperament.

James was outstanding, honest, efficient, got back to me quickly with information, was patent!!! Truly made this extremely hard buying experience a joy... he made me feel safe with all his knowledge!!!!

It really helped to get an unbiased opinion of the many different massage chairs on the market to help me pick the best option for my needs. I was given a better deal than I could find anywhere else on the web. Very happy!

Rhonda was very good for me
