There was some shipment issues with my order, and Matt & Heather were extremely professional in resolving the issue. In fact, they took a loss in profit (although it may have been the manufacturer fault- and not theirs) to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I can personally attest that emassagechair.com is a reputable company who is run by extremely professional and customer-driven owners. If or when I purchase another massage device, I will definitely order it from them.

I had problem with my order and thanks to Rhonda at emassagechair, it was resolved to my benefit per her recommendation. Rhonda had been patient and courteous each times I contacted her. It took a little longer than expected, but I got my massage chair and been enjoying it!
