Excellent customer service.

This is the first massage chair I’ve purchased and was pleased to talk to James at customer service as he was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. This purchase is for my wife’s birthday so I’m looking forward to her reaction when she sees it as it’s a surprise.

I called the E massage Chair Direct line and dealt with James he was very helpful . I called back three times with more questions , and he was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction . I had a very good dealing with the company through James and would recommend calling and asking for more information on your chair . I ended up purchasing the PC 610 chair upgrading from my original preference and I am so happy I did it .I like the way a PC 10 looks, and the quality appears to be very excellent . will let you know soon once my chairs is delivered . I have to say that that Matt at the Emassage Chair Store was one of the most customer oriented sales associates I have ever dealt with. There were a few concerns I had about ordering such a big purchase on line but I thought I would chance it because of the pandemic. If you are even thinking about purchasing a zero gravity chair this is the place to get it. I give them 10 out of 10 stars. Love the chair! Love the company!
