We viewed the chair at Costco which assisted with the purchase as we were able to physically sit in the chair. Delivery was perfect. The drivers were knowledgeable and even explained additional features. Packing material was left as we will be moving in 4-5 years. I decided to purchase this massage chair because of the reviews and the features. I was not disappointed in the least!!! I love all the options for types of massage, as well as the 5 different levels for strength, intensity, & speed. The adjustable roller depth is definitely the "icing on the cake." I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-end product at a very reasonable price.

Never did we feel any push in any direction--it was all about helping us make a decision we felt comfortable with. Further, even though we had our sights set on a specific chair, Matt showed us many chairs to get as much context on different products as possible, so when we did finally make the decision to purchase, we felt extremely confident we made the right one.
