EmassagechairReviews of emassagechair.com

Very Pleasant Experience!! The website was very easy to navigate and to process my purchase. We also called a representative with some questions and she was extremely helpful. I have already referred someone to this company.

Such a great product! I tried my sister's chair out that her and her husband purchased and I knew I had to have one and even went a step up in the chair I purchased. Customer SalesDepartment was excellent to deal with in making my purchase!

Matt from emassage was extremely helpful and was supportive during a negative experience with the delivery company. He went above and beyond to make sure my chair was in working order and that I was taken care of. I will admit I wasn't sure if I would order from emassage again, but after his aid I will be a repeat customer. Thank you matt!

Matt was a pleasure to Deal with, Very knowledgable in helping us pick the proper chair. This company has very help-full and all of the employees that I encountered, Took the time and showed patience in answering our questions regarding our wants and needs. Thanks Again!

EmassageChair was amazing to work with right from the start. The very first person I talk with at this company was James. He was exceptional at understanding and knowing the details of a large variety of massage chairs. I had A LOT of questions for him. Since we live to far away, we would not be able to visit the store to try multiple chairs. Since I would have to make a decision based solely on his answers to my questions, I was a little leery at first because I have never made a significant purchase like this without seeing and testing the item I was interested in purchasing. James was excellent to work with and I was so impressed at his eagerness to go the extra mile for me. I had very specific questions regarding how well the chair can do DEEP massage in the upper back area and neck area. I really needed a chair with A LOT of power to dig into the muscles. Even though he was very good at answering my questions, I asked him if he would please sit in them one more time and compare each of the ones he was recommending for me. He was more than willing to do this. After he sat in them again to compare the critical features I really need in a massage chair, he sent me a very detailed email answering my specific questions. I really needed to feel confident that I was making the best selection I possible could since this would be a long term investment. After reading his email answering my questions, I decided on the Agawa Touch 3D. When I tried contacting James a few days after reading his email he was very busy, so I ended up working with a second person (Matt) for getting the order placed. Matt was also very good to work with. He did a great job at answering any final questions I had. Both Matt and James were amazing to work with. They both have exceptional knowledge of the massage chairs they sell. My presale experience with this company was A+.

I highly recommend dealing with this company. My sales person, Rhonda, was just awesome. She was patient with me and answered all my questions until I was completely comfortable with the Cozzia Qi that I purchased. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful and will help you make a decision without pushing you. She’s very quick to respond which makes the experience so much better. You will not be disappointed if you do business with emassagechair.com. I would definitely ask for Rhonda.

Emassagechair really cares about customer satisfaction! They go extra miles to make sure customers are satisfied. I would strongly recommend them to my friends!
