Well, I first spoke with Rhonda and she was more than just wonderful she was heaven sent and then came James because Rhonda was off and then came Heather the person that made my day excited after all. There are people in this world that cares more about their customers than anything and is willing to do whatever it takes to help them out and I found that in Heather and she was so amazing during the final process of my purchase. Rhonda got into the weeds and made the recommendation that would better tailor to my situations as far as health. Everyone was wonderful there if I had to do it again I would sure come back and would recommend them to the world if anyone see this survey I'm telling you now you can't go wrong with these guys. Amazing, outstanding in everyway possible. Great Job!!!!!!!

So many choices to choice from and no store front to go and try out each chair. After searching the internet and reading about the many types of chairs I decided on the Osaki Pro Maxium After talking to Rhonda at E massage she answered all my questions about the chair. I have no doubt that the chair will be everything I have read and been told about it.
