EmassagechairReviews of emassagechair.com

I recently purchased the Osaki OS-Pro Maxim Massage Chair for my mother and she loves it. The L-track is definitely a necessity when looking for a complete massage chair and the Maxim delivered. Now that we have it for a couple of months, I felt that the feet roller has began to lose it power as compared to the first time when I was in the chair. The panel was easy to use but I think it is silly to power off every time you want to pause and return the chair to its neutral state. When you power on after a quick break, you have to go through all your settings again.

I purchased a massage chair after much research, but when I chatted with eMassagechair to check on a shipping date, I was really surprised when Matt emailed me back asking questions about how I would use it and my physical characteristics. When I responded, I was even more surprised that Matt let me know that the chair I had purchased was probably going to be too snug to really enjoy. He went on to recommend several alternatives, and he specially priced a much better chair than my first choice so that it was just a few dollars more. Then he followed up with a phone call to make sure EVERYTHING was exactly as I wanted. Such personalized service in today's world surely sets them apart. Thanks, Matt
