Our records also show that the membership was not cancelled during the trial period. If a trial is cancelled within the three days, access stops immediately and a cancellation confirmation email is sent at that moment. Because the trial was not cancelled in time, the account automatically converted to a paid membership as explained during signup. Once full membership access has been granted, the service has been delivered under the terms agreed at registration. For that reason, refunds are not issued after activation. We always encourage customers to contact us if they cannot locate a manual, because in many cases we can help find the correct publication.
