Hey GoodTripsOnly, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. If there was an issue with access at the time, we understand how frustrating that would be. However, the free trial itself does not involve any charge. The fee is only applied when a membership is activated, which provides full access to the platform. From our side, access is granted immediately upon activation, even if a temporary issue affects usability. Our support team’s role is to investigate and resolve issues, and we always aim to do this as quickly as possible. If something was not working as expected, we would have been able to assist in restoring access or providing the correct files. If you are open to it, we are happy to review your account in detail to clarify what happened and ensure everything has been handled correctly. Thanks, emanuals Team.

Hey Arthur, Thank you for your feedback. Invoices are generated for every billing cycle and are available within your account under My Account > My Membership > Billing History, where they can be downloaded as a PDF at any time. In addition, invoice and billing emails are sent to the registered email address. If these were not visible in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder and marking them as safe. Regarding the subscription, the platform operates on a recurring membership basis, which is presented during signup and activation. Access to the service is granted immediately upon the start of the membership. We are sorry to hear that your concern was not addressed as you expected. If you would like us to review your account and billing history in detail, we are more than happy to do so and provide full clarity. Thanks, emanuals Team.

Hey Peter, Thank you for your feedback. We strongly disagree with the claim that our service is a scam. The free trial and subscription terms are clearly outlined during signup. The trial remains free for the full duration and only converts to a paid plan if it is not cancelled within that period. Cancellations must be completed through the account, and once done correctly, a confirmation email is issued and no further charges are applied. If billing continued, it indicates that the cancellation process was not fully completed. We are sorry to hear about your situation and appreciate that circumstances can sometimes get in the way. However, the subscription and billing operate in line with the terms agreed at signup. If you would like us to review your account in detail, we are more than happy to do so and provide full clarity. Thanks, emanuals Team.

Hey Gareth, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. From what you have described, it sounds like there may have been an issue either with the file provided or with the setup required to access it. In cases where a manual is not correct or relevant, our support team will always work to provide the correct version or an alternative as quickly as possible. Regarding access delays, some of our software-based manuals require a short setup or loading time depending on the environment, but this should be clearly communicated and supported. If you are open to it, we would like to review your case in detail and make this right for you. Please contact us directly and we will prioritise resolving the issue. Thanks, emanuals Team.

Hey Adam, Thank you for your fantastic feedback. We are really pleased to hear that our support team was able to guide you step by step and get everything working for you. Taking the time to walk customers through the process, especially during setup, is something we take pride in. It is great to know the manual is already saving you time and helping you quote jobs more accurately. That is exactly the kind of value we aim to provide. We truly appreciate your recommendation. Best, emanuals Team

Hey Joe, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Our platform hosts a large library of manuals sourced from different providers, and in some cases, there can be overlap where similar or related files are listed. That said, each listing is intended to reflect the content available, and if something is not as described, our support team will always work to correct this. Regarding access, once a membership is canceled, access is removed immediately as the service is tied to an active subscription. If you received a manual that was not as expected, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review it and provide the correct file where available. Thanks, emanuals Team.
