Great instructor and great flow of the class. I have zero experience in tech and Im not a gamer, but I tried this class to branch out and try new skills to break into the tech industry. As a complete beginner and not very tech saavy (i hardly know how to even use Microsoft word) I can confidently say that this class helped me learn a lot and understand the process and industry more. It also pushed me to learn new skills on programs I’ve never heard of or used before. I recommend this class to everyone from beginner to advanced.

The Black Leaders Course with Dr.Felicia Guity is one of the most educational, engaging and enjoyable leadership courses you will ever take. Dr.Guity will help you hone your leadership philosophy, her authentic, inspirational and real-world examples provide an excellent opportunity to self-analyze and redefine your leadership goals. I have added so many new strategies and techniques to my leadership toolbox and gained ideas from new colleagues who have become friends.

This has been an outstanding experience! Dr Felicia is a gifted Leader! She makes the class come alive with her personality. Her transparency is the foundation for the wisdom she shares into our everyday experiences as Leaders.

Perhaps one of the best takeaways from this course has been the unique gift that Dr. Felicia Guity possesses, to help us understand, interpret, and unlock the misalignment that is at the root of most leadership and development workplace issues.

Took Human Resources/People Analytics with Bill Yost, and it was a great introduction to this newer field from someone directly in industry. I was able to pick up on technical parts of HRA that I would not have gotten from regular courses. It's a good starter course to see if you are interested in HRA.

Enjoyed the UX/UI for Gaming with Ivy as way to understand this profession that has been growing. I appreciated the great flexibility and her willingness to help whenever she could for us to be successful throughout the coursework. Also, super nice!

Loving my ELVTR marketing director course! Aprajita, our instructor, helps us analyze our brand for our target audience. I've applied what I've learned and impressed clients. Grateful for the opportunity to improve my skills. Excited for more!

The Women in Leadership course taught by Lilah Jones is phenomenal, a definite "must have" for one's toolkit. Lilah's approach (authenticity, professionalism, energy and levity) makes for a meaningful, memorable learning experience. The guest speakers also show their vulnerability by giving personal anecdotes of how they have overcome obstacles while juggling high-powered careers and critical personal responsibilities. The breakout sessions and assignments are eye-opening, requiring introspection and creativity, as we seek to practice uplifting habits, conquer our fears and enhance our strengths. During Women's History Month, I attended a panel discussion of professional women. It was exhilarating to hear them offer tips and advice that mirrored what I had been taught by Lilah (i.e., how to amplify your voice in the workplace, the importance of getting a mentor, emotional intelligence). It truly reinforced the significance and practicality of the course material. I am even using these tools in both my professional and personal life. I highly recommend this course.
