The instructor was one of the best I've had. Having taught at the post-secondary level, I know how challenging can be. Zoom makes it even more challenging. The support and ops staff are rock stars as well.

Ich möchte mich noch einmal bei Ruben für den UX Research Kurs bedanken. Trotz viel Arbeit und Alltag war es mir viel zu schade, unsere Online-Treffen zu verpassen. Am Anfang hatte ich Sorgen, ob der Kurs für mich als Designer zu theoretisch oder trocken sein würde, aber diese Sorgen wurden schnell beseitigt. Du hast alle Themen, auch die "trockensten", so charmant und lebendig erklärt, dass man kaum gemerkt hat, wie 1,5 - 2 Stunden verflogen sind. Besonders habe ich deine Beispiele, GIFs und unsere Breakout Rooms genossen :) Auch deine Rückmeldungen zu den Projekten waren sehr detailreich und "echt", man spürte, dass du dir für jeden Teilnehmer viel Zeit genommen hast. In diesen 1,5 Monaten habe ich viele Inputs für mich gesammelt und freue mich darauf, sie zeitnah umzusetzen. Ich fühle mich nun viel sicherer in dem Thema und hoffe, dass es mich weiter in meiner Karriere voranbringt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Super Dozent (Ruben) und spannende Gäste - alles direkt aus der Praxis. Sehr gut für Quereinsteiger:innen geeignet. Man kann viel ausprobieren und nimmt einiges mit in den Berufsalltag. Richtig prima :-)

Der Kurs bei Ruben war eine coole Erfahrung, da er eine klare und strukturierte Einführung in die verschiedenen Phasen der UX-Forschung bot. Die Inhalte, Live-Sessions und das persönliche Feedback von Ruben ermöglichten es, die Fähigkeiten gezielt zu verbessern und wertvolle Einblicke in die Nutzerperspektive zu gewinnen. Auch wenn die meisten Inhalte und Usecases der anderen Teilnehmenden hauptsächlich auf digitale Produkte gerichtet waren, konnte ich die gelernte Inhalte auf die Forschung physischer Produkte übertragen. Die Gastbesuche von den Experten waren inspirierend und rundeten den Kurs am Ende ab. Insgesamt war der Kurs sehr gut für die digitale Lehre organisiert und bereichernd für alle, die ihre UX-Forschungskompetenzen ausbauen möchten.

The course material was excellent and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to move into fintech product design. Our instructor Maya was engaging and provided specialist industry insight you simply won't find in any other course.

I took the Financial Services in AI ML course in their first cohort and I really enjoy the time learning with the instructors! The course walkthrough almost all main perspective in financial services with AI use case , and come with hands on coding exercise to give you an idea on the technical perspective. This course is unique because it is taught by 2 instructors, Paul and James, they both show great passion about teaching and very experienced in this domain, and one focus more on teaching the concept and another can focus more on the technical side, and they both are strong in both theory and technical. They both are still working at Wells Fargo full time, so they can share more on how real world scenarios and implementation would look like, that is something I really prefer to have. I should mention that it depends on your experience and expectation, you may find some area is lightly walkthrough while other areas is more in depth, eventually the course time are limited, so not every area can be as in depth as everyone hope for, but it gives a great overview and you can ask specific question in Office Hour to expand some knowledge that you think not cover in-depth enough, but try to ask earlier since there can have so many students asking question. And for experienced coder, you may find the exercise simple, but for people who has not coded before may find it difficult, and for some people it is just about right. The good thing is instructor is pretty understanding about it and try to help out less experienced student and increase a bit difficulty for more experienced students. Great customer services! They are patient with me to explain the curriculum and handle my request. Given the amount of query they may have to handle daily, I feel it’s incredible they can maintain this customer service level throughout my interaction. Anyway, just to wrap up, thank you instructor Paul and James for the fun learning experience, and thanks for the customer service team Saul and Alex and other staff I have spoken to for maintain great customer service level !
