An actual waste of time. Insructor would keep seeing how much time was left Lots of time for silly questions and unclear directions.

Thanks for flagging this, Markus — that’s not the experience we want. We take feedback seriously and will work towards improving these aspects of the course. We appreciate you — good luck!

The most gate-kept, overly complex, odd format for a course I've ever taken. I am a week in and not very impressed. Releasing Zoom times hours before the session (insanely inconvenient), not simply sending out links for meetings, not having key information in the Google Classroom. Essentially having to operate across platforms to follow the information chain. Not letting students download materials, e.g. the syllabus. Also the company is described as being a platform, it's not; they use 3rd party tools.

Thank you for flagging this, Krystal — that’s not the experience we want. We’ll review how schedules and materials are shared, and work to make links, schedules, and materials easier to access. We appreciate the candid feedback and are open to any solutions.

There is no pricing info anywhere, so the only way I was to see how much the course was, was to book a consultation with an advisor. Which I then immediately cancelled upon seeing the price. Since then (3 days ago) I have received probably 8 emails spamming me. I have now had to block them and move them to junk. Scammy sales tactics and very strange behaviour to omit certain info to force you to input your contact information

Thank you for flagging this, Jess — that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. Please DM your sign-up details (email/phone), and we’ll review the communications and ensure you’re opted out. Thanks again — wishing you all the best on your next steps!
Jon
I signed up to a link on Instagram, just to read more about the course. Have had about 10 forms of communication spamming me with pressure to pay and sign up in the last half an hour. Do not give them your details.

Hi Jon —thank you for flagging this. We’re really sorry for that experience — that isn’t the experience we want anyone to have. Please DM the email/phone you shared, and we’ll look into it right away.

Scammy sales shit. DO STAY AWAY!
Response from | elvtr |Nov 3, 2025
Sorry to hear this, Florian — that’s not the experience ELVTR aims for. Please DM us or email our support team with any details so the team can investigate and help make things right. Thanks for flagging it.

The 'job' as a Creative Director on LinkedIn, etc is not a job. The recruiter scheduled a call and didn't show up and then sent me an email offering me a RARE OPPORTUNITY to take a course to become a Creative Director + offering a 30% discount, bringing the tuition down to $1,953 USD!!! Yuck
Response from | elvtr |Oct 31, 2025
Hi Val — sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. ELVTR doesn’t present courses as job offers, and promotions and discounts apply only to course enrollment, as offered. Apologies for the missed call and any confusion — the team will look into what happened and proceed accordingly. Have a nice day!
Rosa
I find a new program because yes I’ve rescheduled a lot because I’m a single mom living paycheck to paycheck just trying to follow my dreams and the fact y’all hired rude as hell employees y’all should be ashamed and maybe work on it improving that

Hi Rosa, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. That’s not the kind of interaction we ever want our students to have. Our team will be reaching out to better understand what happened and make things right — your experience matters to us.

Marcelo Jardim called and text me various times a day with out scheduling a call but would not respond to texts. This interaction has been inconsiderate. I’m no longer interested in the beauty class.
