The necklace was not 18”. I have to give it away? Very disappointed.

My necklace arrived broken. I contacted the company and received an immediate reply. Customer service was excellent and hassle free. I would suggest that the packaging of the jewelry be made better when shipping. My broken necklace arrived in a flimsy plastic bag.

I had ordered the wrong necklace. When it arrived I immediately emailed Elova. Nike was very responsive and understanding. She was quick to respond and says she would send the cirrrxt one I wanted. N then allowed me to keep the incorrect necklace. Great customer service and overall experience!! Thank you for your accommodation!!

My package was lost in transit and Elova investigated and offered a couple options as far as compensation. They did not hesitate to resolve my issue promptly and with professionalism. Very pleased with this company and will continue to do business with them and recommend them to family and friends.
