Pretty necklace.

Excellent communication in when my package would arrive and communicating with the customer

everyone love the jewelry I gave them .

The necklace I received does not look like the pictures. The pearl drop is tiny, not even close to what is in the picture. It looks cheap and like a counterfeit item. I have emailed their customer support 3x in the last 2.5 weeks to return my necklace and get a refund. Following the exact instructions on their website. I still haven't received a response.
