Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! I purchased the turquoise pearl necklace. It was $59. that was the special sale price. After purchasing I saw the exact necklace on Amazon for $39. It wasn’t a knockoff they had Elova Jewelry listed as the seller. I kept the $59. I didn’t want to go through the all the hassle of mailing it back at my expense. This company is a rip off. The necklace on Amazon is exactly the same necklace that they are selling. I did extensive research on this your paying $20 more to cover the cost of all the ad’s on TikTok an Instagram.

I received a beautiful pearl necklace that turned out to be 2 inches short of advertised 20 inches.
I contacted the company, without hesitation they apologised and sent a replacement free of charge.

Exactly my as it shows beautiful
I love my pearl necklace so much I ordered the turquoise one also. I wanted the blue one but it didn’t come in silver.
The quality of the necklace is great and the customer service team is excellent.

No response to return request
I received the necklace and wish to return it. I have now sent 3 emails asking for return instruction and have had no reply at all. I am increasingly concerned that my return request and refund will be ignored. Was not a cheap purchase. Be warned :(

They are beautiful stones
They are beautiful stones. I have purchased the turquoise one and the pearl with light blue stone absolutely beautiful. My only things is the gold color clasp looks gold filled and will not hold it’s bright color.
