I was very disappointed to find out that I could buy the same necklace through Walmart for over $40 less.
Response from Elova JewelrySep 29, 2026
Hi Timothy, Thank you so much for reaching out, and we want to reassure you, we don't sell on Walmart or any other third-party platforms, only through our own website. Whatever you're seeing there isn't from us, and we're not able to vouch for its authenticity or quality. With your purchase from our official store, you're also covered under our lifetime guarantee, something no other seller can offer. Thank you again, Timothy! 🤍 With love, Team ELOVA

Necklace was too short, definitely not 50cm as advertised.
Response from Elova JewelrySep 29, 2026
Hi Eloise, We're truly sorry the necklace fell short for you. Our Nature Stone Necklace should measure 50cm from tip to tip. That said, we've sent you an email so we can assist you with this further, and we look forward to your reply. Again, we apologize. 🤍 With love, Team ELOVA
