My necklace was broken and I had waited…
My necklace was broken and I had waited a while for it. You said you would send me a new one and I decided not to bother and you did return my money, but I did like the item. Unfortunately I know do not have the item.

Lopsided necklace, not like picture!
The beads are very pretty but the necklace doesn’t lay like the pictures. One side of toggle bar is longer than the other and the two pearl beads are not parallel, they lay lopsided.

I do want to mention, the toggle isn't designed to lock into a fixed straight position, it's meant to slide through and settle naturally once it's on, so some of that movement is normal.
