I had a problem with the clasp
I had a small problem with the clasp, and I was instantly sent a replacement. The customer service is fantastic. They reply right away, and do their best to resolve the problem.

Look as lovely in person as they do on web site.

Faulty clasp/ pendant feature…
I purchased the freshwater pearl necklace specifically because side by f the clasp and pendant feature, as shown in the photo. It does not clasp properly and instead awkwardly hangs sideways. It’s a pretty necklace but again the pendant feature is why I bought it. It has to be worn with the clasp in the back.

This is an absolute winner!
Everything about this transaction was first rate. The communication, the packaging, the delivery, and especially the item. The necklace is absolutely beautiful. I bought it for my daughter-in-law for her next birthday, but I don’t know if I can wait that long because I know she will absolutely love it. I love it enough that I’m going to order one for myself.
