The necklace I purchased appeared in…
The necklace I purchased appeared in the photos to have symmetric pearls. I received one that was not as pictured. I bought it as a gift. Very disappointed.
Response from Elova JewelryOct 23, 2026
Hi Karen, We're so sorry for the disappointment, especially since this was meant to be a gift. Because our pearls are genuine freshwater pearls, each one grows naturally into its own shape and size, so the pearls on a necklace can vary slightly and may not be perfectly symmetrical. You definitely don't deserve this kind of experience, so we've sent you an email directly so we can assist you with your concern. We look forward to your reply. Again, we apologize. 💛 With love, Team ELOVA

The necklace is about a half an inch shorter than stated, which makes a big difference for me. For $90, it should have been accurately represented.
Response from Elova JewelryOct 23, 2026
