The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. I was so excited to receive my necklace and earrings but when they arrived the necklace was broken. They were quick to respond and offered either a new necklace or a full refund. I loved the look and quality of the items. I would definitely trust ordering with Elova knowing they are there if something goes wrong.

Disappointed, but grateful.
I was disappointed with the product. It was significantly different in size, quality and appearance, compared to the original image I saw in the advertised ad. I have returned my order. But I will ad, that the team at Elova Jewllery were extremely understanding and supported me a full refund without question. For that I am extremely grateful.

Pleasantly surprised!
I bought the turquoise and the earth toned necklaces and was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and quality. I want the pearl version next.

Generally happy with product but
Generally happy with product but, waiting to see how well it's looks last. Some concern about possibly loosing earrings due to clasp seeming weak.

Excellent necklace.
Website was easy to navigate. Buying the product was easy. Delivery was swift…my wife loved the necklace. Downside….the website said the necklace was $110 approx..can’t quite remember but when I went to purchase - did it three times - it always came up as $144….bit sneaky I think.
